Once you are fully registered, you will receive an email notification as mentioned above. You will also receive an email reminder 24 hours in advance and another 15 minutes before the webinar starts.
Your certificate of participation will be emailed within 48 hours of the webinar ending. You must be present for a minimum of 40 minutes of the live webinar to receive a certificate. If you don’t receive the email within a few days, check your spam and junk folders. If it’s not there, email webinars@cccf-fcsge.ca

No, unfortunately, to receive a certificate you must watch the webinar live. We have no way of checking how much of the webinar you watched during the replay, these certificates are a form of training and we have to be fair with how these are distributed.
Unless otherwise stated, the start times for National PD webinars are as follows:
- 9:30 pm in NL
- 9:00 pm in NS, NB and PEI
- 8:00 pm in QC and ON
- 7:00 pm in MB and NU
- 6:00 pm in SK, AB and NWT
- 5:00 pm in BC and YK
Past webinars will be posted on CCCF’s You Tube Channel. No certificates of participation will be sent for replay views.
