Helping develop and educate people about the need for quality child care is hard. It’s an ever changing and challenging environment where budgets are tight. Our 97% female workforce can sometimes feel undervalued, ignored, and isolated. The responsibilities, importance and scope of the profession are misunderstood by many. We created this community to help solve these problems, all while helping to achieve excellence in early learning and child care.
We’re stronger together, as a group. Our combined talents and voices break through, and change is happening every day. We’re so proud of the people who devote their lives to our children. Our community is vibrant, opinionated, and creative. We gather in webinars, seminars, Facebook chats, child care centres, and anywhere else we can to share experiences, evidence, successes and challenges in order to gain insight and evolve as educators, researchers and policy influencers.
